Noa Vee functions as an online dropship platform connecting you to a range of brands. All orders are shipped directly from the brands that produce and create the products. Each brand may have different shipping charges and policies, for more information please either see below, see product information or contact us directly at info@noavee.co.uk.

How the order works

Once you’ve placed an order with Noa Vee, you will receive an email notifying you of your purchase.

Delivery times vary from brand to brand. Most items are dispatched within 3 working days, if it’s any longer or a made to order item it usually says on the product description. Please feel free to email us at info@noavee.com to get an exact estimated delivery time for any specific product.

Please remember that shipping costs vary from different brands. Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All customs, duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not the liabilty of Noa Vee, nor are they included in the order total. Brands that work outside of the UK will notify you on each of their products that there is an extended delivery time and international shipping fee applicable.  If you are ordering a product and would like further information, please see the brands product page or email us at info@noavee.com.

Returning a product

When wanting to return a product simply email us at info@noavee.com

In the subject title put ‘return request’ and in the body of the email put your order number and your reason for wanting to return the item.  As long as the brand agrees the item is a refundable item we will email you with the full details on where to return the item to.  All returned items must meet the returns standard of the brand.  
Each product is returned to the individual brand where the purchase was made.

Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days of the brand receiving the return.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.  Once the return has been accepted by the boutique, you will receive an email of confirmation notifying that the product has been refunded.

Noa Vee will not accept any returns received in damaged or worn condition.

Intimates including shapewear, bras, undies, tights, socks, final sale items.

Items returned after 30 days of the customer receiving the goods.

Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox – please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box.

Please note that sometimes when a brand discounts their products, they may offer exchange only or items may be non-returnable.
